Our website makes it easy for you to manage all your payments online at any time. Set up automatic payments with a credit card or pay online and manage your account every month with our easy-to-use Customer Payment Portal. You may also mail a check to 3947 Front St., Grove City, OH 43123.
Yes. Your rental unit is already equipped with a combination lock. (15×60 units have four locks, 2 for each garage door) Once you rent your unit you will receive a welcome email with the combination to get into the unit. You are welcome to use the provided lock(s) for the duration of your rental. If you decide to use your own lock(s), please be sure to leave the lock(s) in one of the dropboxes on the property. If we do not receive the lock back you will be charged $20/lock.
No, your monthly lease will begin on the day you start your rental. You will not be charged again until your anniversary day each month. For example – if you start your lease on March 20th – your first months rent will be March 20th until April 19th.
We have 24/7 high-definition video surveillance with a passcode-protected gate. Each renter has their own individual gate code so your belongings are stored safely and securely.
